Visit Fort Collins

Extended Space for an Extended Stay

Fort Collins is a city filled with unique offerings. Local flavor can be found around every corner in restaurants and art while live music floats through the streets most summer evenings. We believe that where you stay should be an extension of the location itself, offering its guests an authentic feel of life as a local.

Enter, Remington Flats. Here you won’t find hundreds of cookie cutter rooms with a revolving door of travelers. Instead, we welcome visitors to stay awhile in a space that’s all their own.

Personal Space With Personality

Each of our four studios offer a bit of Fort Collins charm while reflecting their own identity. Every studio has a private exterior entrance, living space, fully equipped kitchen area, comfy queen bed and bathroom. With so much space, we’re designed to become home base for work, play and everything in-between.

Guest health and safety is our utmost priority, now more than ever. Thanks to our private entrances, there are no required indoor common areas or shared spaces during your stay – everything you need is yours and yours alone. This includes ductwork and ventilation; there is no cross-over room to room. Paired with our extensive cleaning regimen, you can rest assured you’re in one of the safest stays in Northern Colorado.

Locale Low-Down

Old Town Fort Collins is renowned for its robust dining, shopping and art scenes. The inspiration behind Disneyland’s Main Street USA, it truly is the hub of the city and can’t be missed during your stay. We’re located just five blocks south of the center of Old Town Square. Whether you opt for a stroll along the friendly streets or prefer to hop on one of the provided cruiser bikes, it’s a short trip to the center of the action. As locals ourselves we’re always happy to help guide your visit with custom recommendations of our favorite spots. From restaurants to breweries to art galleries and so much more, there’s no shortages of ways to discover Old Town.

The Colorado State University campus is one block east of us. It doesn’t matter if you’re already part of the Ram-ily, the architecture and natural spaces are a draw for everyone! Don’t miss the Oval – ringed with towering elm trees this is commonly known as the heart of the campus and a great spot for a photo opp, picnic lunch or people watching. For those football fans, Sonny Lubick Stadium is less than a mile from our doors. Grab your green and gold to cheer on the Rams!

The MAX, Fort Collins’ latest transportation option, is also easy to catch. With stations throughout the city, you can cut traffic from your commute or simply tour end-to-end and see all that the city has to offer. Up-and-coming Midtown is filled with breweries and the Foothills Mall; continue on to the south end of town for more breweries (they’re everywhere), restaurants and company campuses like Hewlett Packard and Intel.

If you’d rather unplug during your stay Fort Collins has plenty of options for that, too! Just outside of Old Town lies the Poudre River Whitewater Park. Opened in 2019, this park is designed for kids of all ages. Tubing and kayaking are made easy with clearly marked entrances and exits. Miles of trails wind throughout the city and are a haven for walkers, bikers and runners – you may even meet some horses along the way! For those looking for a challenge, simply head west for trails ranging in difficulty.

Family Is a Four-Legged Word

Extended stays can be difficult when it means separating from your family. The same is true for those four-legged members who are sometimes even harder to leave behind. We’re pleased to be able to welcome dogs and small animals (limits apply) to add to the enjoyment of your stay.

Fort Collins is notoriously dog-friendly – you’ll find water bowls lining the Old Town streets and a plethora of patios just waiting for pups. With menu items specifically for our furry friends, they’ll have a ball exploring alongside you!

You Have A Home Here

We specialize in extended stays because we feel like home. With the space you need to settle in and all the amenities you need (minus the housework), you can be sure that your stay will allow you to accomplish whatever it is you’re here to do. From authors to executives to adventurers, we’ve welcomed them all through our doors and can’t wait to meet you!

We offer discounted weekly and monthly rates to best fit your needs. Live like a local during your stay and discover where comfort meets convenience at Remington Flats.
