This light filled space also has a vintage Williams EarthShaker Pinball Machine which is always set on free-play. There’s even an area to create works of art! Finally, there is a Wi-Fi HP Printer/Scanner for your use.

Just outside The Shed, our community patio and firepit area. Surround yourself in whimsy in this special space with Garden Elves, Gnomes, Piggies and even a frog. A great place to fill up on your daily vitamin D.

Situated only four blocks from Colorado State University and within walking distance of the best Fort Collins has to offer, the Fort Apartment is an ideal base for business travel and vacation.

This 800-square foot basement apartment accommodates up to four adults and includes a private yard and entrance and free parking on the premises. The corner vantage point offers great people watching!

The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and tons of built-in storage, and a queen-size convertible in the living room. Extended visits are cozy and convenient, and thanks to the full kitchen you can save money by eating in. Also included: XFinity cable TV, Super High-Speed WiFi and Desktop friendly workspace.
