Rental Policies

  • Must be at least 21 to reserve a studio unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

  • Check-in begins at 2:00pm

  • Check-out 10am or Noon Checkout with 1/2 day rate applied

  • Additional persons above 2 guests at $30 per night (roll-away bed provided)

  • Children under 7 years of age stay free max 2 children (pack-n-play available)

  • Please clean-up after cooking.

  • Quiet Time: 10pm weekdays, Midnight on weekends. If you wish to party into the night please take your gathering to one of the many nearby local bars

CANCELLATIONS

At Remington Flats, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly; this is why we offer a choice of rate plans at time of booking and encourage you to make the best choice of rate plans based on your travel needs. The cancel policy is based on your rate plan and you should review it prior to booking as we will adhere to the cancel policy.

Remington Flats does not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, personal sickness or injury, or family emergencies or Covid related illness. We do make every effort to rebook the studio if you cancel and if we are able to rebook, we may offer a credit to use toward a future stay.

For Bookings Created After 9/1/2023

Non-refundable rates are non-refundable once booked and require payment in full at time of booking.

Flexible Refundable Rate Plans: 20% Deposit at time of booking (non-refundable)

  • Balance Due 7 days prior to arrival after which non-refundable.

  • Reservations canceled less than 7-days prior to arrival date will be charged in full.

Special Event : 20% Deposit at time of booking (non-refundable)

  • Balance Due 30 days prior to arrival after which is non-refundable.

  • Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged in full.

If you made your reservation through a third-party website such as Booking.com, Expedia, HotelTonight, BedandBreakfast.com, or Airbnb, you are bound to the cancellation policies agreed to when booking on their website. The cancellation policies on their website may differ from our standard cancellation policies when booking directly with Remington Flats. Any reservation made on a third-party website must be canceled by you through the third-party website.

PETS

  • Pet Fee $45 per pet for 7 days or less, $75 Weekly, $125 Monthly Paid at time of booking

    2. Pets allowed in Bohemian & FoCo Studio’s only

    3. Non-approved/undisclosed pets will result in daily charges and up to a $100 penalty added to credit card on file

    4. Service animals are not considered pets and are allowed in all studios. We do respectfully request that for the comfort and benefit of your service animal, you book only the Bohemian or FoCo studios as they are on the ground floor. If not available, please call us to discuss options.

SMOKING

  • No smoking of any substance allowed in rooms. Evidence (ashes, overwhelming smell, butts, pipes, residue) of any kind of smoking may result in fines up to $250 and is strictly enforced!

  • Please store your marijuana and pipes in airtight containers or in your car

  • Fire Pit: City Ordinances Regarding use of fire-pits enforced. Up to two Duraflame logs provided (see welcome binder for more details)
